Brings the template in line with mission-control so repos generated from it inherit a working lint setup.

  • eslint flat config (js + typescript-eslint + svelte), prettier (tabs, single quotes, printWidth 100), pnpm lint / format scripts, blocking lint step in CI.
  • .prettierignore excludes .pnpm-store so CI's in-workspace pnpm store does not trip prettier --check (the exact bug that failed mission-control CI).
  • Existing template files formatted to match.

Testing: pnpm lint + check + build green.
