Why (ROI: ~20, uniquely ours)

Nobody else is building the Forgejo-native developer experience. A developer who falls in love with fj (brew install fj; fj auth login) comes to Fjord for hosting later. The CLI becomes distribution, the way GitHub used gh.

What

Polish fj into a delightful, discoverable, install-anywhere CLI:

  • Homebrew tap so "brew install fj" works (plus other package managers).
  • Frictionless first-run + "fj auth login".
  • Great defaults, help, and output.
  • A clear on-ramp from CLI use to Fjord-managed hosting.

Acceptance

  • brew install fj works; first-run + auth login are smooth.
  • Positioning/docs present fj as THE Forgejo-native CLI with a path to Fjord hosting.
